disappearing act
----------------------

What a month! July is the most exhausting month ever!
really.

Anywayz.. during my one month absence..
plenty of lessons learnt.
lessons of life, that is.

Although some of it i've gone through before but.. it doesn't create as much impact as right now..

so... here's the list.

1. What you want, isn't always what you'll get.
ya yah.. i know this is like so cliched or whatever.. but.. it really always seems to happen to me. which is really darn frustrating if you ask me. Coz no matter how had you try, there'll always be some sort of barrier one way or another.

2. What you get, isn't always what you wanted.
oh well in this matter, most probably i'd hve to try to be more receptive and feel blessed with the things that i already & to always be appreciative.

3. Stop being in denial. (still learning)
Well, there are still issues in my life that i'm denying. And the truth is, it really really hurts badly. I mean, i could be out there smiling & laughing and pretending everything's alright but at the same time, i know that there's certain things that i'm being in denial about & when people around you started to give you those 'looks' that's when it hit you. and that's when you realise that the issues that you;ve been denying, is in fact a huge matter. BUT if i were to stop being in denial, i wouldn't even know if i could survive 1 day in the outside world. And i think i'd be feeling miserable every single day!

4. People can have a million faces
People can have an ever-changing personalities the moment you turn your back(literally) at them.

5. one chance to prove your capabilities.
In this harsh world, there are people who's always rushing for solutions & they don't care what sh** you have to go through, so long as their problems are resolved. And if you're not up to it the first time round, they'll NEVER look at you the same way again. Mark my words on that. From my recent experience, after my first failure, im being seen as this stupid & useless person who doesn't know anything. And from then on, whatever you say will seem like a speck of dust floating around! Nobody cares! Nobody believed what you're saying! Nobody is paying any attention to you!!! but there you are, trying your hardest to prove them wrong. but apparently you're just wasting your time.

6. at the end of it all, family are the people whom you can count on.
friends couldn't help much as all they could do is just give u advice. And once that's over, they might abandon u or leave u alone. But family are the people whom you see every single day and have known you since the day u were born. Although i know, most of u will say, "hayyah.. my parents don't understand me la.. my family don't understand what i'm going through" but the fact is... you didn't even share your problems with them, so how would u know that they don't understand?! I used to think that my parents are very naggy about every little things i do & its ` being overly concern about u. Well, especially in my case, coz im the only girl. So i guess, they're just being over-protective.

7. different people have different ways of seeing beauty.
some look in through the facial features.
some look at it by the skin colour.
some look at it by the behaviour.
well i look at it by the skin.

8. ugly is indeed an UGLY word.

9. being in an angry environment makes u an angry person.
TOTALLY TRUE! Can you imagine, sitting in front of the CEO, next to the managers & behind the customer service staff, while they're all angry at something?! Its terrible!!! And then all of a sudden u'll be super lethargic & feel super warm.. and felt as though the air-con stopped working.. its really awful!

Hello!

Your post is very interesting to read and these things hapen to people working in offices all over the world.

Here are some inspiring thoughts for you to consider:

EITHERE I WILL FIND A WAY OR MAKE ONE.

WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GETS GOING.

DIPLOMACY IS ALWAYS THE RIGHT POLICY.

THE PAST IS A CANCELLED CHEQUE, THE FUTURE IS A PROMISORY NOTE, BUT THE PRESENT IS READY CASH. LIVE IN THE PRESENT, HERE AND NOW!

Have a wonderful day!
